An early, free pilot
KineticMath Lab is an early version offered free for testing. Features can change or stop. There are no paid plans today and no payment is taken.
Who may use it
A parent or guardian should set it up and supervise use by a child. If you set it up, you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission to do so.
What it is, and what it is not
It is a math practice tool. It is not a medical device or a diagnostic tool, and it is not a substitute for a teacher, tutor, or health professional. We do not promise that it will improve any particular result.
Using it fairly
Do not try to break, overload, or get around the app, send email through it to people who did not ask for it, or use it to harm anyone.
Content and ownership
The lessons, designs, and software belong to us or our licensors. Things your child saves in My Work belong to your family.
No warranty, limited liability
The pilot is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.
